In this 6 min weighted silk veil technique video, we explore linear directional movements. These are sweeping long movements that carry across a long line of the kinesphere, with a small loop on either end to avoid tangling. They thus can also be considered elongated infinite patterns
Master sweeps (horizontal/low), cuts (horizontal/ waist high), rainbows (over the head), and diagonals with guidance & practice, with attention to planes.
We additionally explore how suspended turns extend the directional into a three dimensional circle around the body.
