Welcome to your silk weighted veil! In this 5-6 min video you’ll discover how to hold the veil & adjust it’s length, and begin to Flow Creatively with your new dance partner.
In this video, I describe a very basic muscular integration & body chain activation for movement integrity while you flow. Concepts planes and geometry contained within the kinesphere will be introduced.
I offer some tips to start your creative flow, and remind you to expand and take up the space around you. Remember, it’s about the journey - and the joy in the process. Any new ‘thing’ takes a while to integrate, so go easy on yourself and play.
