April Full Moon Ritual & Dance Gathering: “Transformative Respiration”

Our breath is a transformative way to play within our realities. 

As we co-create modern ritual together, we look at how our breath fuels our bodies, and can clear and move the stuck things within us.  We breathe together.  Gaea will guide a movement + breath meditation focusing on Transformative Respiration, infused with modern dance techniques & floorwork. We will breathe and write about whatever comes up for us, activating our clarity and creativity. 

After the dance journey, Participants are encouraged to share what is alive for them within the group, as we are all mirrors of each other.  As we share, we shine! 

Bring: yourself & something you love moving in.  A journal/pen. Water. 

Participants are encouraged to create their own sacred space and altar when they participate.
