• Embark on a 10 min sensual movement meditation with Gaea Lady

• Understand what role your senses play in sensational, mindful living.

• Breathe with your full torso to turn yourself on and tune yourself in. 

• Let your breath inhabit your sensuality

• Learn a short sequence with Gaea, combining breath, sensuality, and burlesque movement.

Bring: yourself, clothes you feel great in & can dance in, a journal/writing utensil if you desire to take notes, and a textural garment you love & can take off easily.  (silk, velvet, cashmere, lace, fur, anything.)
