Level 2.1 “The Windmill”

  • Tips & Tricks

  • Step By Step Breakdown

  • How to avoid tangling yourself

Video Description:

In this video, we explore the windmill. The windmill is an overhead infinite weave, a complex motion that looks incredible and impressive.

This one is tricky due to it being both above and around the head, as well as partially behind the back. Give yourself a lot of time with this one, being easy with yourself and coming back to it again and again.

Make sure to master it on both hands (right and left), and in both directions (over and under-hand). Practice makes perfect!

Happy Dancing!
