In this 7 min video class, I present the foundational infinite patterns! These are the building blocks of movements to come, and crucial for you to master & understand. The nuances of the basic 3: The Forward Weave, the Side Paddle/Reel, and the Corkscrew, must be mastered before moving forwards into more technical masterclasses & complex techniques.
Here, I introduce the basic concepts of moving your veil within geometric planes. This is yet another important building block for advancing your technique. I invite you to practice and refine in front of a mirror to understand the relationship between brain & body. Notice what you’re feeling and become aware of what it looks like, so you may tweak and shift. Concise planes are everything, so you may move outside of them into your authentic, creative, expressive flow!
