In this video we explore Barrel Rolls! Barrel Rolls are showy, big movements that are flat to the front plane. They take some time to work into, and can be very dizzying at first.
As you practice, ensure that your planes, beginning from your shoulder joints, are exact, so the veil may unfurl big and wide. This creates the huge, impactful illusion!
