Wednesdays hold FIRE practice - where Gaea teaches a lesson on the art of flow with various props for 60 min, and then we light it on fire on the rooftop garden until 930pm! Wear natural fibers and have a way to keep your hair out of your face. Gaea will provide fuel, a dip station, and safety gear.

Come as you are to flex and strengthen your unique magic.

Level: All levels, all bodies. All are welcome, beginners & professionals, always. No spectators. Gaea is a pro at teaching multi-level classes and making everyone feel welcomed and inspired.

Location: Classes are held at Gaea’s home and studio space on the Lower-west side of Chicago in the Pilsen neighborhood.

Transportation: CTA pink line to the Damen stop, #50 Damen Bus, #49 Western Bus, #18 18th Street Bus, #22 Cermak Bus, #60 Blue Island Bus. Free Street Parking available.

COVID-19 Pandemic: I encourage for participants to be fully vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated, I ask that you wear a mask indoors during class.
