Is it normal that we are expected to suffer in silence?

I’ve lived through these experiences, and I know you have too.
This is our pvssy magic, being denied and not celebrated. Sexual violation and abuse shuts is down- actions of power over our bodies so someone else can feel powerful. The realizations came long after for me in some cases, until I finally realized how to see and pick out the situations in thei4 moments.
I know these experiences all too well because I have had a doctor walk out of the room while I was still asking questions; received cold insensitive treatment when I was very vulnerable; and was regarded within racist context when trying to get support.
I’ve sat in cold exam rooms, dismissed and disrespected. I’ve carried silent grief and sought answers that never came from the systems we’re told to trust. I don’t share this for pity—I share it to say: **You’re not alone.**
This is our time for us to reclaim our wombs. Our truth. Our power.
