In a world that expects us to impress and “do” moreso than “be” and delight, we can find ourselves creating and performing from a place of pressure to please.

The concept of “Pussy Magic” is a femme-energy forward philosophy that invites our deepest selves forward, finding power in our soft, vulnerable, feeling, and creative aspects. It is creation at its deepest level, inviting empowerment through realizing how the erotic is lifeforce itself; something to fill up our cups so full others may drink from the runoff.

In this class, you are invited to focus on ‘how’ and ‘why’ we show up in this world. Explore how YOUR body desires to move sensually. Invite play, laughter, and honest emotion. Break boundaries to become a bit more authentic. Let go of what holds you back from being present, and letting the world see you as a gemstone.

After a brief introduction, Gaea leads slow & soft guided movement to warmup. To open intuition - easing off our minds and turning on our body's wisdom - we flow with weighted silk veils. Gaea then guides a journey of burlesque-inspired improvisational movement to music. We finish with a brief journalling session & a reflection.

Arrive ready to help hold a space free from judgement & shame. All gender expressions are welcomed.
