Embodiment is the physical manifestation of thoughts, sensations, ideas, and general being.  Embodiment is crucial for living a sensual life, as it brings us to great connection and understanding of our earthly vehicle - this body - and all it offers.

This is a crucial class for anyone who has a body and wants to enjoy life here on this planet.  Burlesque is the embodiment of displaying this deep lust for life with others. Anyone who is deepening their connection to their erotic (which is all of us, all the time) needs to understand how to activate embodied awareness before we take the stage, the podium, or the floor.
