Gaea has been exploring what Pussy Magic is in classes, retreats, performances, hikes, swims, and travels for the past 15 years.
As we explore what it is to be AN EMPOWERED ARTIST from our intuitiontogether in class, we will dance, chat, reflect to each other, and perhaps journal as we explore how breath + movement affords our innate power and the insight to truly inhabit your deepest self. This is the place of pussy magic, of intuition, eros, listening, and becoming more balanced within an overly patriarchial and logos-driven world.
In this class:
Embark on a sense-ual movement meditation to warm up our bodies & minds
Understand what role your senses play in sensational, mindful living.
Breathe with your full torso to turn yourself on and tune yourself in to living an empowered life.
Let your breath guide your explorations.
Learn a short sequence with Gaea, combining breath, sensuality, and burlesque-inspired movement.
Reflect to each other, so we form bonds of connection and can integrate and seal in what our bodies learned.
Bring: yourself, clothes you feel great in & can dance in, a journal/writing utensil if you desire to take notes, and a textural outer garment or accessory you love & can take off easily. (silk, velvet, cashmere, lace, fur, anything.) ALL bodies are welcomed & included. This can be adapted for a chair.
Gaea will bring silk veils for borrow and sale for us to dance with.
