The Solstice is June 21, and the full Moon is June 24.  The energies of both events carry for 3-4 days on either end, so these two definitely overlap.

The solstice is "high summer", or the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere.  It's a time to celebrate growth, warmth, the sun, and the brightness of our days! 

The Full moon is a time when the sun's reflection illuminates the full face of the moon as we can see it.  It's a time to let go of what doesn't serve, to look at our lives/our months/our patterns. Things get

wild, wacky, and surreal around this time of month.  Embrace it, and create your own ritual to ground into the rhythms of nature.
