"Intimacy with Chair Acro"

Discover a deeper connection with your chair. Ava will guide you through understanding your chair in this intermediate//advanced chair acro course. Prepare to get intimate by flipping your world upside down.

The only requirement is to have taken a chair acro class (doesn't have to be one taught by Ava) and feel comfortable with the idea of going upside down (invert) on the chair.

Chairs will be provided, but bringing your own is encouraged
