CHALLENGE 1! 

Flow State is a place of timelessness and unlimited possibility. Yet, to find ourselves there we must work diligently to sculpt the pathways thru struggle, growth, release, and rest towards the flow. 

Your CHALLENGE is to FIND FLOW or to NOT FIND FLOW. spend 5-10 min a day to breathe, move, dance, spin, and groove and see what happens. Notice mindstate and body, and invite Friends in nonlinguistic communicative flow.

Flow connects us with central ideas and concepts, often revolving around oneness & Mini miracles. 

Here we are out of our head and into our body- the place flow resides outside ego and self criticism.
