HoopFIT with Andrea will focus on using your hoop to rock to the core, get your body temperature up, and your limbs workin' hard to keep your hoopflowing. Those holidays sure were decadent, but January is the time to get moving and fit again. Learn these basic exercises to replicate at home in between classes to up your fitness level & your hooping technique!
